The 2021 Dry Creek Valley Grenache Blanc shows clean and expressive aromas of white peach, passion fruit, and guava. The mouth is bright with natural acidity, and layers of tropical fruit with hints of citrus and stone fruit. The grapes were hand picked on September 8th, 2021 (also the winemaker's birthday!) and fermented slow and cold to dryness. 146 cases produced.
